Message i have noticed that although our driving is pretty organized and rather hustle free compared to places like italy where its pretty much a free for all in the streets. that allows people here to just "tune out" while driving. there is no awareness of of other cars around most drivers, virtually nobody passes on the left and moves over, people never let faster traffic pass them. there is no order to our road system whatsoever at all not even debatable, American driving is like a pack of puppies that have not been trained anything. its no wonder of the failure rate of drivers in this study, you get your drivers license out of a cracker jack box to begin with. we treat a drivers license as a right, its a privilege that clearly many stupid f%$^ people should not have.
